Sahara motel

This is a sign on Beach Bl here in So Cal. It is from the era of late fifties early sixties when motels were everywhere in this area. I wish I would have captured a few I remember that are now long gone. By the time we moved here in the early 70's, most of these places were getting pretty run down. There are still some hanging on though.
